HI-FOOD is a new company providing key functional ingredients and technological know-how for the bakery market and the food industry.

HI-FOOD is based near Parma (Italy) in the heart of the Food Valley. It was founded by entrepreneurs with a proven track record in the food sector, wishing to add value through in innovation and knowledge.
