MELTEC®

Natural semi-solid (75%) ingredient for sugars and syrups replacement based on natural vegetable fibres from legumes and cereals. Binding agent and sugar replacement with great bite, texture and crunchiness.
Meltec® looks like a syrup but is not sweet : it can replace syrups and sugars in their technological functionalities: binding, humectant, providing bite and texture. With a consumer friendly labelling - vegetable fibers (legumes and cereals) - it increases the fibre content of the finished product. A 30%+ sugar reduction is possible in virtually all applications.


HI-FIBRE 115

Natural vegetable fibre with outstading water binding properties. This fibre preserve the sense of freshness and chewiness of bars during shelf-life avoiding dryness. The anti-stick effect to package may be a plus.
