Job Title Research and Application Development–Technologist Job Description Reach approvals and application of Hi-Food ingredients in the selected areas and market segments, growing market sales and the areas of application of Hi-Food products. Technical development of projects and research or application assignments Application development and support, achieving product approvals and commercial status. Understand and apply Hi-Food building blocks for the development of prototypes and systems. Collaborate with customers, prospects and industrial partners, coordinating technical activities. Technical presentation and introduction of new ingredients in the market, communicating and sharing results internally, with customers and with the scientific community. Development of prototypes (of finished product or intermediates) to verify the functionality of the ingredients, studying the interaction of the ingredients with other ones and with other variables Contribute to the development of new ingredients providing a specific technical functionality Lab activities, Field activities (at customers or pilot plants) and Study activities. Project Management Ideal Personal Profile Technical background:Food Technology and similar. Experience in the food industry preferred, especially ingredients, in dustrial gastronomy, meat alternatives or meat applications. Experience with industrial processing machinery: application lab or pilot plant or production line Experience in managing and coordinating technical development projects between food companies. Experience in application development, achieving product approvals and commercial status. Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g. texture analyzer) Perseverance, drive and capability to motivate; methodic and relentless Empathic and socially intelligent.
