From advanced biotechnology new fermented natural antibacterials and natural preservatives. Natural concentrated products, with antibacterial properties from maize, responding to an unmet need of the gluten-free market to replace calcium propionate and other E-preservatives. Good alone, better together - powerful combinations to control both spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms and extend shelf-life. Efficient against Gram-negative organisms and selected yeasts and molds, can be used in fermented foods. Based on selected strains of lactic-acid bacteria and yeast our products are able to produce natural organic acids. Product characteristics:
